Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Shipping
We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. Order processing usually takes 1-3 days. Shipping to the contiguous United States usually takes 2-3 days.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be relatively unused and in a condition similar to that which you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted. Please contact us if you wish to exercise a return but are outside of the regular return window, we will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied.
Items with excessive signs of use and wear will not be accepted. Any item not in similar condition to its original shall be considered damaged and will be refunded accordingly. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items unless we are contacted prior.
What to Expect
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing usually takes a number of days—typically 3-5 business days—depending on your service provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within the above specified time, please contact us. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item due to sizing or ordering errors, please contact us as soon as possible.
