Policy Return Deadline

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be relatively unused and in a condition similar to that which you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted please contact us if you wish to exercise a return but are outside of the regular return window, we will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied.

Items with excessive signs of use and wear will not be accepted. Any item not in similar condition to its original shall be considered damaged and will be refunded accordingly. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items unless we are contacted prior.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days—usually 3-5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour time frame.

Shipping

To return your product please contact us, we will answer your email within 24 hours. We will pay for the cost of returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us and (if applicable) for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
